Not STD: Without a urethral discharge and/or discomfort in the urethra on voiding it's very unlikely that you contracted Chlamydia or GC. If you don't see a rash in the pubic area likely ok. Check for pubic lice. Symptoms may be due to worry. As always, check with your Dr if symptoms persist. ...Read more

Difficult to assess: Visualization of the bumps would likely be necessary to determine the true cause, since the symptoms you are describing are not consistent with one over the other. Herpes lesions are typically blistered or ulcerated (open), while razor burn/folliculitis lesions appear more as red pimples. Folliculitis however, does not usually cause referred pain, while herpes often does. ...Read more

See answer: It appears that you are either sensitive or allergic to some ingredient in the Clotrimazole cream causing a "contact dermatitis". Would recommend washing thoroughly with mild, neutral ph soap and apply an over the counter 1 or 2% Hydrocortisone cream or ointment 2-3x a day. Can take up to a couple of weeks to resolve depending on severity. Hope this helps. ...Read more

Need STI screening: Unprotected oral sex (given or received i.e. fellatio or cunilingus) associated with unprotected sexual-genital intercourse with someone who may be an oral or genital carrier of a sexually transmitted infection, does place you at risk for a STI in your oropharynx and in your pelvis. Consult a Gyn or an Infectious Disease doctor who specializes in screening and treatment of STIs to seek answers. ...Read more

Get seen ASAP: If you want to know what disease or diseases you might have, especially if you are concerned about sexually transmitted diseases, you need testing in real life. Many sexually transmitted diseases "travel together." Avoid intercourse until you have had a pelvic exam and STD testing, including herpes and HIV. Get seen right away so you can be evaluated and treated. Best wishes to you. ...Read more

Sounds like: You probably have an inguinal (groin) hernia. The discomfort you describe can be due to a hernia. Hernias can slowly grow over time. Follow up with your doctor & follow their recommendations. Surgical repair of the hernia will likely become necessary at some point in time. ...Read more
