Quite unusual!: I really have no idea about the tingling / crackling in the pelvis - that's not very common. I would recommend seeing a doctor due to the bladder leakage. That could mean that you have a urinary tract infection. For the abdominal bloating, try some probiotics. ...Read more

Do not eat Processed food. Try to pay attention what kind of food makes you have symptoms. Is it Milk product- then avoid it for a week and see you feel better,

See a Ped surgeon: I assume you're asking about a baby? Hirschprung's disease would be a cause for constipation. This could definitely be a cause for severe bloating. R/O IBS: IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion. IUC/CROHNS DZ/IBD is inflammation usually DX by BX IBS SX can be managed. You need a full exam and blood work. Especially screen for H pylori.
