Not really: Your skin definitely changes over time (eg, it becomes thinner) and sometimes more susceptible to dryness and inflammation. Probably not much: This is a small dose of methotrexate. Assuming you have blood tests to screen for medication toxicity and these tests are normal, the long term risk is small. Make sure blood is screened for liver toxicity and reduced blood counts every 3 months. ...Read more
