Can pseudoephedrine cause joint pain?

No.

Sudafed
People may experience joint pain while on the drug, but IT does not cause joint pain. Remember why you are taking it. Sinusitis? Cold? Many types of arthritis are "reactive," being called in rheumatology post-infectious. If you have persistent discomfort, start with your PCP!

Why does pseudoephedrine make me feel dizzy?

Common side effect

Blood
Pseudophedrine is a vasoconstrictor and can, in some people cause mild vasoconstriction (temporary narrowing) of the blood vessels in the head. This makes you feel dizzy. Try using it topically as a nasal spray (neosynephrine) instead to avoid this.

Are there any good effects of pseudoephedrine?

Yes

Sudafed
You are correct pseudoephedrine has lots of side effects, such as shakiness, anorexia, palpitations and increased blood pressure. It is a very good decongestant though, and has been available for years in many prescription products such as Claritin D, Zyrtec D, Allergra D etc.

What does mixing norco and pseudoephedrine do?

A bit of a buzz

Adrenaline
Pseudoephrine will cause the release of catacholamines (adrenaline like substances) which will make you a bit hyper. The norco is sedating, so this will be countered. Mixing drugs like this can result in unexpected results and so is not recommended

Can you take phenylephrine and pseudoephedrine?

Not recommended

Blood
They are both decongestants and have similar effects. I recommend taking the highest effective dose for you of one or the other, not both. I tend not to recommend this to people with poorly controlled high blood pressure, prostate problems,or cardiovascular disease.
