Observation: This will probably just be observed. If you are not on the pill, you get an ovulation chat every month. After ovulation, it is complex appearing (corpus luteum). It is around 2 cm. It goes away at the end of the cycle and a new one starts. If you are having a problem with recurrent pain, your ovulation can be suppressed on the pill. ...Read more
