Wellbutrin (bupropion) is stimulating, and at best doesn't affect anxiety, but can exacerbate anxiety. It is possible but..: Yes they both work in the body differently so in some cases it can be a good combination with Luvox (fluvoxamine) being effective for ocd and depression and Wellbutrin being an antidepressant that works differently than the Luvox (fluvoxamine). Is it safe to take 150mg Wellbutrin (bupropion) for depression with 25mg zoloft for anxiety and 10mg Adderall for ADD?
Quite a Mix: Wellbutrin (bupropion) is a good medication for depression AND ADD, but 10mg of Adderall and 25 mgs of Sertraline are starters and probably not helping with much but keeping you awake. Depends on you: All of the SSRIs are effective in treating OCD, anxiety, and of course, depression. Different people have different results so no one SSRI is better or worse. Have tried pristiq, (desvenlafaxine) wellbutrin, paxil, celexa, effexor, lexapro, etc. With lithium, haliperidol &abilify. A couple improve mood. Still anxious!thoughts?
