Upper abdominal pain and discomfort w/ some chest area discomfort, burping, jaw/ear pain, nausea, diarrhea, grumbling stomach. What could symptoms be?
Pain: Ulcer presentation is usually more than just pain - indigestion, nausea, heartburn, pain with relation to food ingestion. Have hiatal hernia. Lately I'm having soft pale-colored stools that float, diarrhea, stomach pain, gas, nausea. Are these symptoms related to hernias?
No: These are not typical symptoms of having hiatal hernia. Most patient with hiatal hernia have problems with heartburn and symptoms related to reflux. Your symptoms sound more like they are related to irritable bowel disease except the pale colored stools. Not likely: The location & description of your pain does not sound like a gallbladder attack.These attacks typically occur in the right-upper or upper-midline after eating( esp fatty foods), last for an hour or more, are assc.
