I have a protruding sternum and noticed it since I was about 12 now I'm 28 and notice it's getting worse and at time causing aches. What are my option?

I have a mild protruding right clavicle. Only the medial portion close to the sternum. mild soreness that occurs occasionally. To the touch it feels like the actual bone is protruding out more than the other side. No redness.

Sounds normal: Nobody's body is perfectly symmetrical. Some people require differnt shoe sizes on each foot, women may require differnt bra cup sizes, and ribs may protrude more on one side than the other -- etc, etc, etc. This doesn't sound like something tow orry about.
