NO not at all: Swollen nodes in neck would have no connection with your prostatitisd. That is not possible as there is no connection between the prostate gland and the lymph nodes in the neck. Go get a doctor to check your neck and seek his/her advice.

Resolution varies: If you have not already done so, you should have urine tested for any signs of infection. In addition, a prostate massage may be helpful, not only to get prostate fluid for culture but also to send a voided urine for culture after massage to assess for infection.
