Psa: There are several issues here. First, at your age, your psa is abnormal. Second prostatic ultrasound really is of no value in diagnosing prostatitis. Since the majority of early prostate cancer is typically symptomless, I suspect you may have chronic prostatitis. See a urologist for clarification. ...Read more
