Not necessary...: Prostadynia is merely a medical term to describe the pain in the prostate area, but not necessary strictly from the prostate so its entire removal still can not guarantee the pain will go away. No ....: Total prostate removal is not the solution to rid prostadynia. Have you heard the terms of chronic pelvic painful syndrome / disorder (CPPS / CPPD) lately? This has been increasingly recognized as an extremely annoying painful condition in some unfortunate men. In modern clinical practice, it is a catch-all term that includes urinary symptoms, pelvic pain, & prostate symptoms that do not have an infectious or other clear cause.
