Is it true that your blood type affects the diet you should be eating? If so, what are the guidelines?

No: We believe the healthiest diet is a diet consisting of a well balanced mix of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, minerals, vitamins and water. Most if not all of this can be obtained by eating a vegetarian diet. An infant should not be on a vegan diet as they might develop rickets. Otherwise, as an adult a vegan diet is fine. Can I loose 3 kilos in a week? If yes can u please tell me a diet? I'm b+ blood type

This is not the safe: Way or sustainable way to weight loss.1kg a week is a reasonable and aggressive goal. More rapid weight loss than that will result in loss of muscle mass and can potentially cause electrolyte imbalances leading to adverse effects on the kidneys, heart, and other body systems as well. Why so much, so fast? A good rule of thumb is " you didn't gain the weight overnight so don't expect to lose it overnight ...Read more

No single diet but:: There is no one-size-fits all diet and blood type makes little difference if any. General principles:minimize sugars, starches, grains, eat mostly vegetables and proteins like eggs and nuts, eat less, avoid GMO's, choose organic when possible.
