Drink water: Drink plenty of water and eat a meal. You are unlikely to get serotonin syndrome after one dose of mucinex DM but you do need to avoid dextromethorphan if you are taking the zoloft. If you develop a fever, muscle pains or other symptoms see a doctor right away. ...Read more

The main thing to: Look out for is combined sedation, lightheadedness and serotonin syndrome, which I have only seen twice in 30 years of practice. So, get up slowly if going from a lying to standing condition and let your legs dangle over the side of the bed for 30 seconds before getting up slowly. Make sure you are not getting clumsy and don't drive or operate machinery until you are sure the meds are safe for you. ...Read more

Ambien is a sleeping pill.
Why would you take Adderall a stimulant with a sleeping pill. Try to follow pill directions from doctor as labelled on vial. That way you may avoid serious drug interactions. ...Read more

All meds have some: No known interactions between buspar, (buspirone) Propranolol and synthroid.
There are cautions for known sensitivity to that drug class, recent use of MAO inhibitors (a type of antidepressant) or use in the setting of kidney or liver problems.
