I took 1 and a half hydroco/apap tab 5-325mg a few hours ago. Now i feel extremely drowsy, weak, and anxious. Is it just my anxiety or something else?

Multiple diagnostics: A clinical diagnosis based on a polysomnogram, the multiple sleep latency test (MSLT), and the Epworth Sleepiness Scale strongly indicates narcolepsy. A hypocretin deficiency in the CSF from the spinal tap indicates type 1 narcolepsy that is almost always associated with cataplexy.
