Drink more water: For the most part, drinking more water is fine, especially when exercising. To deal w/hunger pangs from dieting, try to eat healthy even as you try to consume less. So eat more fruits & vegetables, especially those high in fiber. Lean protein at every meal will make it less likely for you to get hungry. Same for healthy fats such as olive oil & avocados (although i don't know equivalent in india). ...Read more
