It : It sounds like you are dealing with an acute gastroenteritis aka stomach flu. Typically the symptoms start to subside in a few days, and are gone in about one week. The most important thing to do here is to maintain adequate hydration and use over the counter anti-diarrhea medication if needed. If the pain is severe 7-10/10 and/or your diarrhea persists, or you have signs of dehydration (fast heart rate, lethargy, dry mouth) then you should seek medical care right away.
