My 42 year old d.Aughter was given prolamine iodine by her physician. She has develoded a bright red flat rash on her face especially her forehead.?
Why given it?: There is no I deficiency in this country; no need for all that extra i. She could be having an allergic skin reaction. Ask a real endocrinologist to see her.

A small: Aneurysm generally won't cause any symptoms. A larger aneurysm could cause symptoms based on its location and what structures it is pressing on. Presumably the radiologist would have diagnosed an aneurysm if it was visible on CT, but unless the CT was specifically tailored to look for an aneurysm (CTA), a small aneurysm might not be visible on a routine CT.
