Medication issues: I agree with my colleague on medications, sleep, and memory. Recovery from surgery certainly takes time also. Aldactone ; your BP issues at so young an age are in the mix also. Klonopin for sure interferes with memory; Lexapro (escitalopram) can sedate and cause trouble registering info -- resulting in poor recall later. Please tell your doc about these issues ; see a psychiatrist for evaluation as well. ...Read more

Treat osa first: Do the simplest thing first. Get an oral appliance (from a dentist familiar with sleep apnea) to treat the sleep apnea. The memory loss and feeling tired may be related to this.
