Progesterone Hormone Levels
Endometrial lining thickened so had D & C. Why would lining thicken if I'm using progesterone & estrogen? Hormone level is in therapeutic range.
More info: it depends on the reason for which you are taking the hormones and the doses. You may never know the reason why it is thickened, but because it is, you need to investigate as you did. ...Read more
A hormone (from greek ὁρμή, "impetus") is a chemical released by a cell or a gland in one part of the body that sends out messages that affect cells in other parts of the organism. Be very careful!: Since i don't know what you mean by "hormone levels are out of balance", it's impossible to answer your question. Be very careful, get a good and complete evaluation from a qualified physician (such as an endocrinologist) and take only the medication they suggest. Do not experiment on your own or take anything over-the-counter or from a friend or neighbor. ...Read more
I recently had hormone labs done and both my estrogen and progesterone levels read zero, what can that indicate?
