Stop worrying: I can't promise you don't have a tiny lung cancer. You're a never-smoker, you're young, you have a "slight cough" (been checked for cough-variant asthma?), and most back pain never gets a hard diagnosis. Fretting about one of the least likely diagnoses is doing you no good. If you recognize this as unrealistic, your physician can help you address cancer phobia.
