Follow up visit: It sounds like you sonogram showed polycystic ovarian syndrome which is the most common cause of irregular periods. The doctor who did the sonogram and has the blood test will have more information though to be able to explain your specific case. Acidic foods?: It's good that your test results are normal. So, you don't have to worry. Our diets definitely can change body fluid aroma. Perhaps you are eating more acidic foods.
