Yes: These are safe though I wouldn't take them all at once. I advise the multivitamin after breakfast, the probiotic at the start of a meal, the fish oil after lunch or dinner, apple cider vinegar in water separate from meals and the psyllium at bedtime. IBS: I would recommend that you do a food dairy and see which foods you are allergic (ibs pts have allergies). The most common are dairy and gluten. You can try a to do a food elimination diet where you eliminate an entire food category for 1-2 weeks to see if you improve. I would recommend a high strength probiotic of 80 billion.
