Acne????: Neither acetominophen nor Ibuprofen will help acne. I do not know "minoz oz". If this is minocycloine, then it is useful for acne as a small dose for many months. For adult women who are not pregnant, the most effective treatment is spironolactone.. ...Read more

Red marks: To paraphrase, anyone who tells you they can rid you of acne overnight is selling something. Acne is a problem of months and years. There is no quick fix. There are good treatments to be had at every drugstore starting with benzoyl peroxide creams and mild cleansers. Irritated skin will need makeup: coverup/touchup cream if a perfect complexion is needed in two days. ...Read more

Ease up on RetinA: You state that you are on Accutane but your history states you are on retin a (tretinoin) as well. You may want to ease up on the retin a (tretinoin) as that may be responsible for your redness. Some patients love and swear by relight therapy but the science is lacking. Nor surgical interventions can be done because of the Accutane so cosmetics may be your best option. ...Read more
