Can colchicine cause heartburn I took 0.6 mg yesterday & 0.3 today. Should I worry. It not severe just mild. I take miralax (polyethylene glycol) & prilosec also. Overdose?
Not commonly: On review of Colchicine common adverse side effects, heartburn is not a common complaint however abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea can be relatively common. It is ok to take Miralax (polyethylene glycol) and Prilosec however do not take more than recommended amounts.
