Not commonly: On review of Colchicine common adverse side effects, heartburn is not a common complaint however abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea can be relatively common. It is ok to take Miralax (polyethylene glycol) and Prilosec however do not take more than recommended amounts. If persistent heartburn not relieved with Prilosec or have symptoms above you should be evaluated for by PMD. ...Read more
