About an hour ago I started to get a pinching and prickly feeling in my chest, mainly on the right side, could this be something wrong with my heart?
Maybe: It is hard to say what your symptoms are from given a short description and not knowing your age -- so the most honest answer is maybe. In general terms, however, heart related pain is often described as pressure rather than prickly, and often occurs in the setting of exertion. Having said all that, we always take chest related symptoms seriously; I would suggest getting it checked out. ...Read more

Breast: Although breast cancer is uncommon in a 26 year old woman, this certainly must be considered in light of a breast lump and discharge. IcePickToTheHeart?: Live in Alaska? Swallow an ice cube? Huffing nitrous? I guess not. If it hurts that bad go get it checked out. Maybe a chest x-ray is in order. Hmmm...: This is a challenging question given what is presented. A localized sensation of cold in the chest could be how your body interprets pain in the region--for instance, an erosion (sore) in the esophagus or stomach may be perceived in many ways by an individual. True loss of core temperature could be a thyroid issue or low blood sugar. I would first recommend an exam and possibly chest XR to start. ...Read more
