It's my first time using BC and I want to prevent any possible side effects,is there anything I should do or take in order to reduce my chances?

Are there any such things as medicine that prevents side effects? I've heard you get side effects from the way your body gets rid of the medication?

While food (like dairy) isn't a problem, a healthy young guy like you shouldn't take calcium supplements at the same time. This includes calcium-containing antacids. ...Read more
How do I stop being scared of the "possible side effects" on medication. It prevents me from taking prescriptions for my sickness (respitory) advice?
Side effects: Your concern is understandable. Talk w/your doc about a very gradual introduction of medication. When you see that you are doing ok you can become more confident. Alternatively, you can work with a natural doctor who can help you with natural supplements but both docs need to communicate. The very best to you. ...Read more
