When the hair grows back, the shafts have to find their way to the skin surface and the ones that can't become ingrown hairs. The solution is to shave, rather than wax. Dry skin/eczema: It's recommended to use plain white moisturizers two times a day, use less warm wate for bath or showers, use soaps or bath gel for sensitive skin ( better to go with in colored and non fragrant or non scented, also gently tapping skin to dry than rubbing with towel is also recommended. Laser: If you constantly have ingrown hairs, laser hair removal is just the thing for you because it destroys the hairs permanently. Ingrown hairs: Try to exfoliate and moisturize the skin with 1/2 cup of sugar in 1/2 cup olive oil. while in the shower. Shower, apply let stand 1-2 minutes rinse off. QUIT PICKING!: I assume you shave. Depending on your type of skin and susceptibility to inflammation, you move likely have folliculitis from ingrown hair. Shaving hair short so that the hair is below the skin surface greatly increases the frequency of the cut hair end growing back out through the surrounding skin, thus developing ingrown hairs.
