Hi, i have gastroparesis and was recently diagnosed with Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth. Antibiotics make me so sick, how do I prevent nausea?

If you know what your sugar level reacts to, then try to avoid the cause of your sugar drop. I am waking up every night at 3 am with intense hunger pains! could remeron (mirtazapine) cause this? Or reactive hypoglycemia? What can I do to prevent this?
