No: 1 cm. dilated and 30% effaced is perfectly normal at 35 wk. gestation and sneezing will not cause dilatation or labor. Fortunately for those with seasonal allergies, sneezing is not a cause for preterm births. :) Your concern tells me how lucky this baby is to have you for a mom. Unlikely: At 30 weeks, unless you have had these same symptoms the entire pregnancy that's not hyper emesis gravidarum. If this is new onset, I think it would be wise to be checked out right away. Dehydration in pregancy can lead to serious complications and even preterm labor. I suggest going into the emergency room or labor and delivery after you call OB.
