I have a cold and at certain points in the day my ears feel pressure and I feel sensative to sound.! Is this normal?

No.

Decongestant
It is probably associated with congestion from your cold. This can derive from blockage in the eustachian tube from nasal congestion. Decongestants can help alleviate the symptoms. If it persists after your cold resolves, see your primary care physician.

If my ear popped by itself, have I lost pressure in the ear, and do I need to re-pressurize it?

No

Ear
anytime your ear pops, you are normalizing the pressure in the middle ear - behind the ear drum. This should occur several times throughout the day without you even trying to pop it. It will pop on its own when you swallow or yawn. So you do not need to re-pressurize it.
