Not clear but...: This sounds like a stress headache. This frequently is throbbing or pressure and feels like a hat is to tight. Many times it will go to the back of the head and into the neck. This will last sometimes for days or weeks as you have said. What is your stress level? Are you having much caffeine? How are you sleeping ? These are all important in this type of headache? I have a blocked, heavy & feel pressure in my nose on top..no mucous though...& then my head feels heavy dizzy & aches.Dr says allergy..am feeling low?
Sounds like a sinus: You may have sinus blockage and/or infection, which could be due to allergies. Anything unusual happening in your head makes you feel strange and possibly "low". Try your allergy medication, nasal sprays, apply heat packs to the "heavy" areas, inhale warm mist to try to let any trapped mucous out. Don't take anything containing aspirin.
