To add, neck pain, it's like some of nerve function went away. Correct me if incorrect, even if I have palpitations I can't feel that. Inhale, right side of neck feels like pressure is put on it.
Muscles: You probably have some sort of muscle strain in your neck. The spine up in the neck can cause problems in your arm as well. Regarding palpitations, people frequently DO feel this as a fluttering sensation in their chest.
