Often, lupus can play a major rule in kidney failure either through the disease process itself ka lupus nephrtis, or caused by side effects of medications. As you know, lupus is a systemic problem. Lupus?: Why do you think it is lupus? Have you consulted with a rheumatologist? If so and "many tests were done" and it is still "undiagnosed" then it most likely not lupus and there is something else going on. If you have not seen a rheumatologist, then it is time to do so and to trust the advice they give you. ...Read more

More likely anxiety: If this happens only when you are not active, it sounds more likely something psychological. Are you under a lot of stress? If you were older, I would have consider a cardiac problem. ...Read more
