Reflux: Your symptoms could be due to acid indigestion aka reflux disease. You can try taking an over-the-counter anti-acid (ask the pharmacist) for 4 weeks and see if symptoms go away. See a doctor ASAP: You have colitis at least, and this can be either infectious or inflammatory bowel disease or potentially tumor. You need to be fully evaluated and as soon as is reasonable.
