Yes: Could be a pinched nerve in your back. Occasionally it also could be a nerve entrapment of the genitofemoral nerve as well. Don't ignore it: If you've had any recent workouts or trauma it could be a muscular source of pain. Damage to ligaments or tendons could also cause some discomfort that worsens with weight-bearing. Rest, heat or ice, over-the-counter pain control medications, or compression dressings (an ace bandage) are things that could be tried. Unlikely: Honestly, we don't have great treatments for cellulite. Certain new laser treatments can help cellulite. But most of the products & creams you see offered for sale are pretty much worthless. Massage will only have a temporary effect, at best. Sorry. ...Read more
