Pressure In Inner Thigh
Localized deep pressure feeling in inner thigh near groin for months. Ultra sound clear for blood clots. Could it be nerve compression?
Yes: Could be a pinched nerve in your back. Occasionally it also could be a nerve entrapment of the genitofemoral nerve as well. Since its not resolving I would recommend an evaluation by a specialist like a physiatrist or physical medicine ; rehabilitation doctor who has specialized training in musculoskeletal and spine injuries.

I have this pain in my right upper thigh but the pain increases badly when I try to walk. I can barly put pressure on it. What should I do?
Don't ignore it: If you've had any recent workouts or trauma it could be a muscular source of pain. Damage to ligaments or tendons could also cause some discomfort that worsens with weight-bearing. Rest, heat or ice, over-the-counter pain control medications, or compression dressings (an ace bandage) are things that could be tried. If the symptoms do not improve in 3 to 5 days x-rays should be considered by your doctor.

Numb patch: Numb patch on the front of the thigh is usually caused by compression of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve as it passes under the inguinal ligament. Usual causes are pregnancy, tight belts or clothing and obesity. Other causes are diabetes (rare to be the presenting symptom) and older age.

Poss Epidermal Cyst: A painless mobile lump with pinhole is consistent with a sebaceous/epidermal cyst. It might be bluish grey due to trauma/hematoma. I would recommend seeking medical attention if there > 2wks to confirm diagnosis, r/o other causes, and possibly having it drained before it becomes inflamed.

Knee pain: If you have no history of an injury such as a sprain or contusion, there may be some inflammatory process present. Try rest, cold or warm applications, liniment and, if you can take them, NSAIDS like Ibuprofen which may relieve inflammation. See your physician if symptoms persist or worsen.
Had ACL repl 7 days ago (allograft), and can feel only pressure/hot/cold but not touch in my thigh. Also very bad spasm in quad/hams. Is this normal?
Check with ortho: The spasm in the hamstrings and quads is not unusual. It should clear. The loss of touch could be secondary to a pressure neuropathy that occurred secondary to your positioning during surgery. Usually these clear with time but occasionally they do not. Check with your surgeon.See 2 more doctor answers
What could cause extremely sensitive skin/parts of my body--sharp pain in many places especially thighs/ribs when specific/light pressure is applied?
Diffuse pains: Pains that occur all over the body tend to be a result of some systemic disorder. That is, something that affects your entire system, be it hormones, vitamins, nutritional, or neurological. The point tenderness could be a sign of something like fibromyalgia, but would be unusual to get trigger points in the rib region. General medical workup for inflammatory disorders may be in order.
