Possibly GERD or OH: I think of 2 things which could cause nausea by placing the head down. One would be reflux of acid into the esophagus and the 2nd is benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. Headache: How long ago it started, is it one side or bilateral sides? Have you had an injury in the past, a fall, or a MVA, days, months years ? Face down does the pain go away? Reoccurring pain directly under bottom left rib above stomach. Doesn't hurt when lying down, only when in an upright position and worse when walking.
