Pressure in head and behind eyes, temple tightness, since almost 2 years now, bloodshot eyes, fatigue, nervous, what can it be and can do? pls advise!

Complicated problem: There are many possibilities here. If you have not had an eye exam recently, it may be that you need glasses even if you feel you are seeing well. B-blocker not reason: Constellation of symptoms consistent with migraine headaches. If b-blockers were started then, stopped these symptoms wouldn't be expected to have persisted. There are also metabolic reasons for migraine headaches such as low thyroid or low cortisol function. Labs done? Pressure in head: in a young lady may be due to deep sinus problems or Idopathic intracranial hypertension especially if there is a positional component. I would see a neurologist.
