Can my high blood pressure cause headaches daily, pain in the back of head and behind ears? And cause odd feelings of pain in my body?

There is a thing: called "exploding head syndrome", which is a type of headache. It doesn't usually cause strange feelings in legs though. It seems possible that you just have a lot of anxiety about something, but nonetheless, with any severe headache and other unexplained symptoms you should probably seek a medical opinion. Ear popping and pressure (mostly around temples) along with mild headaches (usually later in the day) and occasional pain at the top of my head.
Sounds like: You may have some sinus inflammation and complicating eustachian tube dysfunction. You may want to consider a trial of Neti Pot use (as in saline irrigation for the sinuses) and safe steam exposure to see if things will open up. The first thing you: need to have checked IS your blood pressure. This could all be related to high blood pressure. And what might cause rapid heart rate: things like hyperthyroidism, medication effects, etc. Get good ENT exam, too. But once those things have been checked, I would really look at anxiety as a potential cause. You may not even know why you feel anxious...but help is available. Suggest you see an : ENT and audiologist for full evaluation. Ringing in the ears is usually from hearing loss and is not reversible but can be caused by some meds. You don't list any here.
