Likely inner ear: You may have substantial issues in right inner ear, perhaps otolithic derangement, or even perilymphatic fistula. Get evaluated by otolaryngologist, and find a physical therapist who has expertise in vestibular rehab, as an Epley maneuver may turn this substantially around.

The hemoglobin x 3 usually is roughly the HCT value. A normal range for HCT is? 40%, which is about 13gms HGB. Therefore, your level of 10.2 indicates anemia & should be worked up.

Yes.: We are are all dying. Some of live like we are gonna live forever, some like it's their last day. Take a sinus decongestant that doesn't raise your blood pressure, and lets see if it helps you come back to the land of the functional living. Drink lots of water.

My head starts to feel very pressured, my ears start ringing, and I get weak and dizzy- is this a migraine?

Maybe: If you have a history of migraines. Yes. This could be migraine. If there is any associated hearing loss... This may be related to dysfunction of your inner ear as well. If you have other neurologic symptoms... Slurred speech/ weakness in your arms or legs... I'd be concerned about stroke.

My head feels like there's pressure building, then I get waves of dizziness, symptoms go away when ears pop, what's happening? Had ear tubes long ago

Keep them popping: It sounds like your eustachian tubes are not venting your ears until higher pressure has built up. Pressure in the middle ear pushes an oval membrane that separates the middle and inner ear. The inner ear has 3 tubes filled with fluid that help your brain keep your balance. When pressure is put on that fluid it confuses the brain and causes the dizziness. Popping helps releases the pressure.

Meniere's?: Some of the hallmarks of meniere's include tinnitus (ringing), vertigo (dizziness), and fullness in the ear. There can be some fluctuating hearing loss, and headache (often migraine) can coexist. This would be my first thought for you. More information can be found at http://www. Mayoclinic. Com/health/menieres-disease/ds00535. I would consider seeing an ENT for a hearing test and evaluation.

Have been having pressure in right side of head behind ear for 2 months with dizziness and stiff neck on that side. Ct w/o contast?

Scan, yes: Because you are young the statistics shift toward less serious problems. However, a lesion of some type involving the mastoid or skull base near the mastoid might give you these symptoms. So, yes; you should have scan. Type of scan questionable. For bone CT is best. For other structure MR is best. Talk to your doctor. Contrast helps but we avoid in some conditions.
