Floaters..moving: Pressure feeling .... can be due to many things. I will comment on floaters. Changes in the gel which occupies the center of the eye can cause floaters in the vitreous. Most of the time they are benign. The degree of vitreous liquefaction affects mobility of the floater with movement. Sometimes, they are associated with retinal tears and can cause detachment. Sinus..: It seems you might be starting a sinus congestion which can cause those symptoms. Usually this may last 7-10 days and if not significant fever, severe pain, worsening over the course of the next few days should be resolved with lots of fluids, rest, decongestants, and anti-inflammatory meds( like ibuprofen if not allergic). Advice: Have only your brief description, but you comment on an episode of possible "seizure" activity, facial tingling, and bad "Pressure feeling". Cannot easily pin down diagnosis from this sketch, but certainly you need to contact a doctor ASAP, and track down what is occurring. Do NOT delay, get this investigated. ?sinus issue: maybe you have some sinus congestion, and it may be affecting your inner ear as well, thus causing positional vertigo (dizziness/bppv). If it does not get better, see a dr. for eval and treatment. Good luck. ...Read more

Might be TMJ: There are many things you could have. Sometimes significant clenching of your teeth can cause muscle spasms. The temporalis muscles go along side your head and under your hair. Try Ibuprofen every six hours, try a cold pack along the sore part of your head. Eat a soft diet, be aware if you might be clenching your teeth. If so, see a TMJ or bite dentist for help to break the spasms. ...Read more
