I'm a 25yr old obese male with high blood pressure(on medicine), sleep deprived, diagnosed respiratory effort related arousals, at times feel heavy on breath. At times, get pain when fast walking in leg?

Probably not: I suggest to you that the obesity is the "bad guy" and not the med.The widespread obesity is simply a reflection on lousy diet and all the sugary stuff is deadly. You are not that fat: You are not that fat and you are young. If you are active, and run around a lot, that is also a factor in low blood pressure. You might also be lucky to have good genetic traits for low BP and cholesterol, etc..
