Head pressure, pressure on my nose. It becomes heavy when I change my position. I hv checked blood pressure. Its normal. Is dis anxiety. Or survical?
Rhinitis: It sounds like you may have a component of rhinitis (congested nasal mucosa) and/or sinusitis. Lying down usually makes this worse. A decongestant like pseudoephedrine, especially when combined with a non-sedating anti-histamine (like cetirizine) is often very helpful. Also propping up your head on 2 pillows can help. Dust and allergies make it worse so meticulously clean your sleeping area. ...Read more

Denting head?: Hello~ your question is not well crafted but I assume you mean pressure to the EXTERIOR of the skull. If so, external pressure can only change the shape of the skull if it is applied BEFORE the sutures in the pediatric skull have fused and by and large that means before 2 years of age. Anterior fontanelle is closed by about 18 months and the sutures fuse then too, so roughly by 2 years of age thx ...Read more

I feel pressure at the back of my head, I can't seem to focus, I'm getting confused every now and then, ringing in my right ear, behavioral change?
Do you clench?: The pressure in the back of your head and ear ringing could be the result of clenching your teeth, usually due to stress. Stress can also cause lack of focus and confusion. You may want to evaluate your life and see if there is a stress problem, then try to resolve it. I would also recommend a visit to a doctor for a check up to rule out any physical issues. How does clonazepam change your brain? I stopped CT and am suffering from head pressure, and GI symptoms for 4 months now. Disabled and fatigued.
Temporary only: Clonazepam is a benzodiazepine, and acts on GABA receptors in your brain. But this activity is temporary, not permanent. Prolonged use can lead to tolerance, habituation, mental cloudiness, memory dysfunction, etc. Tapering off the medication should allow these to resolve. No anatomical brain changes have been found.
