Yes that can be true: But if you see an allergist, you can find out exactly what's causing your symptoms. Then there are many things you can do to avoid those items.. Or at least minimize your exposure to them. Also your allergist can prescribe nasal sprays to minimize or prevent the nasal congestion. Sleep: If the neck strain went away or if you already know what caused it and are getting treatment, it may be anxiety. But medication is not the only answer. Psychotherapy is a better long term solution if it is anxiety. As for medication, SSRIs are often prescribed to help keep mood in the normal range. they don't work fast though.
