Pressure Behind Right Eye And Headache
Hit right temple hard against another head. Drowsiness, instability, weak, pressure behind right eye, mild headache. General weird sensation. See dr?
The medical term is cephalalgia. It is a feeling of pain that can occur on either both sides or just one side of the head or neck. Headaches can be sharp, dull, or throbbing, and can radiate to different areas of the head. They typically last less than an hour but can ...Read more
Headache started at nape of neck and is now behind right eye also. Dull and pressured with a slight throb. Is this tension headache?
Headache: No it is not tension type headache. See an orofacial pain or headache specialist for diagnosis evaluation and preventative treatment. Any headache must be viewed as a valid medical disorder and the headache assessment must be comprehensive. The proper diagnosis is the key to successful treatment.
Several causes: Most likely cause is sinus congestion/difficulties. Try some decongestants and if that does not relieve the symptoms, you need to see a doctor about it to exclude other causes, such as glaucoma, etc.
Headache for week and a half, pressure and sharp pains in right side of head, pressure behind right eye, muscles in body contract uncontrollably, ?
Needs evaluation: Sounds likes sinus infection. Do up have a fever? Is that why your muscles shake? Otherwise I don't understand that maybe the evaluating six can figure it out
Headache, drowsiness, pressure behind right eye, uncontrollable shaking in head/neck, uncontrollable twitching with eyes, body muscles contract?
See your doctor now: All of these symptoms are not normal. Not sure if your eye muscle twitching contracting is in unison with your body or not? Independently, twitching of the eyes can be benign if it's myokymia and caused by tiredness or exertion. However, it seems you need a physical exam in which your doctor can assess your eyes too, and give you a medical plan to follow. S/he may need to order labs too.
I am experiencing right side headache, pressure behind right eye and lightheadedness. The following also describe me: Nasal congestion and Fatigue. What should I do?
See a doc: Right sided headache and pressure behind the right eye in the company of nasal congestion points to the likely presence of sinus disease. If you are using antihistamines to get relief, your fatigue may be a side effect of this. Lightheadedness may come as a result of fluid depletion from the sweating of fever, and not drinking enough to replace your losses. See a doctor for more personalized care.
Having right sided temporal headaches with pressure behind right eye and face. Suffering with ear pain and swollen lymph nodes on right side of groin?
Duration?: If your problem has been present for more than 2 weeks, you need to see your doctor. We need more details from you (age, medical conditions etc). On the face of it, you appear to have migraine which however is not associated with swollen groin nodes. If you are over 40, you need to consult a neurologist as well regarding the new-onset headaches.
Headache for four days localized behind right eye with no relief from OTC medications presciption pain medicine?
Postoccipital lesion: Pain behind the eye is classically related to a post occipital lesion typically due to an unresolved infection at the occiput.
Migraine: Could be an ocular migraine. Is there a family history of migraine or personal hx of other migraine variants? Check your blood pressure to be sure this isn't the cause. The reduced vision is very concerning. It may just be migraine but you could have increased intraocular pressure (glaucoma), or it could be an indication of something intracranial even more concerning. You need evaluation.
Probably: ...But if blurred vision more than 30 minutes, that's atypical and needs to be checked out asap. If you are elderly, needs to be checked out immediately.
Regularly occurring headache behind right eye. Lasts 12hrs-4days. Leaves "headache hangover". Eye hurts to move. Vision shakey. Sound like migraines?
Not migraine: To me this brief description is more descriptive of cluster headache or chronic paroxysmal hemicrania. These diseases usually respond to treatment. Most neurologists should be experienced in distinguishing among the diagnostic possibilities and treating your pain.

Very slight headache behind right eye for a couple days. Back right side of my tongue also feels slightly sore. Could be sinus? Have PFO and worry :- (
Migraine - PFO assoc: Migraine headaches is a complicated condition. While the issue is controversial, doctors have *observed* a correlation (not causation) between migraines & cardiac abnormalities like a PFO. However, a (single) larger trial free of "doctor bias" wasn't able to confirm this observation. So, doctors have no evidence to link your headache w/ the PFO though more research is needed. Good question, thanks
3yr old has a chesty cough, headache behind right eye for 4 days and has a small purple mark (like a bruise) on front of earlobe. Its not spreading?
INFECTION: This can be drom ear and / or mastoid infection with lung problem from infection. Seek pcp or pediatrician asap.
Headache on right side, glands behind right ear hurts, jaw feels tensed, behind right eye hurts. Whag is this?
Viral conjunctivitis: This is usually self limiting and lasts maybe 3 weeks. Doctors prescribe steroid/antibiotic eye drops. The steroid relieves inflammation. The antibiotics have little effect the drops do not shorten the length of the infection, but just make you feel a little more comfortable with it.
Had headaches in the right side of brain and neck, pain behind right eye, numbness on feet and dizziness whole week. Migraines or something worse?
Migraines R usually: Not 1 sided. The neck can B a cause of occipital HA's due 2 trapezius tightness. With the whole constellation of complaints an answer regarding them would need an xam by Ur physician. I doubt it's something worse, as they R not all related.
