See below: Suppository is designed to slide into anus (pointy end first). Have a high oil content so slide easily. Designed to dissolve to deliver medication (prep h-decreases swelling of hemorrhoids). Yes, leave it in-it dissolves. Shouldn't hurt but if youre tense, it can feel tight.
