Very high: having an IUD fall out from the uterus is possible. However, it is pretty rare. Most expulsions seem to occur within the first four weeks after placement. Very little chance: Tubal ligation by itself has a failure rate of 1in300 to 500. Ablation, while not a method of birth control destroys the lining where the pregnancy would implant. Unless your ablation/tubal ligation was done less than 6 weeks ago i would guess the chance is more like 1in500 or less.
