It's been a month since miscarriage and i've been bleeding for two weeks straight two weeks after miscarriage. I took an equate pregnancy test and its still showing pregnant. Ultrasound shows its all complete. What's going on?

It takes a few weeks: It takes a few weeks for the beta HCG level to drop after a miscarriage.. If you did not have a D&C and aborted spontaneously, you should be getting blood drawn every week for a quantitative beta HCG level to make sure the beta level goes down to zero. Ultrasound is not perfect at diagnosing retained tissue. If you continue to bleed, you may need a d&c. See your doctor ! ...Read more
