The fluid during foreplay-; exitement is called emission.In essence it is devoid of sperm.Its function is a lubricating one allowing the penis to penetrate.The ejaculation which contains the prostate secretion is loaded with the sperm.

Considering the high fastidious requirements for sperms to survive, the described scenario should give a zero odd to conceive.
