12 weeks pregnant, feeling dizzy, faint, having headaches, fatigue, and weak? I almost fainted and my vision was black and blurry?
Pregnant, headaches: Blurry vision in pregnancy most often due to hormonal changes causing unstable tear film/dry eye. Also check your blood pressure & urine to be sure no concern for high BP or pre-eclampsia. Start non-preserved artificial tears 4-6 times per day do not help (& lid hygiene: see eyedoc2020@blogspot. Com), Also see your OB & your eyeMD as soon as you can. ...Read more

Chest tightness: At eight weeks of pregnancy, your "chest tightness" is most probably not related to your pregnancy. 34 weeks pregnant been feeling nausea, dizzy, headaches feeling its hard to breath. Had a MRI done friday and they said my heart was a bit fast 120?
No clear answer: I can't tie in an MRI to a incresased heart rate unless u might have been a bit anxious. The nausea/headaches etc are worrisome in pregnancy if tied to increasing blood preasure. Your OB needs to be aware of these symptoms & may want to screen you & check on the baby. Make the call. ...Read more

Possibly: It's very easy to feel winded at 33 weeks of pregnancy. A doctor would want to make sure that you don't have any conditions like asthma that could be exacerbating. It's also normal to burp a lot more towards the end of pregnancy. Reflux is often described as a burning or pain like sensation just below the breastbone. Zantac (ranitidine) or Pepcid can help. ...Read more

Just had my period last Nov 12-17, feeling dizziness until now, my BP is117/73. Possible to be pregnant?
Possible YES and NO: Pregnancy can't be well tested fo until you MISS your period. Then, a pregnancy test may be purchased, applied and results indicative of being pregnant or not. Early Pregnancy Tests (EPT's) can detect up to 5-7 days before the period but I'm much more a fan of the old fashioned methods & even then, I tell patients to wait up to a week after they miss to be sure nerves didn't get the best of them. ...Read more
