Can you get pregnant while taking danazol? If so, does it have any ill effects on the fetus?

Danazol: 1st, why r u on this? Do u have hereditary angioedema? If so, you need to sit down with ur allergist to inform them of pregnancy desire and consider alternative therapy. You also need to discuss this at length with your ob/gyn specialist before proceeding further. This is not a medication to play around with while getting pregnant. ...Read more

Pregnancy (Definition)

When your due date arrives, you will be more than ready to have your baby! Most women deliver the baby somewhere between 37 and 42 weeks. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, only 5% of babies arrive on the exact due date. Approximately 7% of babies are not delivered by 42 weeks, and when that happens, it is referred to ...Read more

What happens when your pregnant and you take the Depo-Provera provera (medroxyprogesterone) and danazol but you had sex in last day ?

What happens when your pregnant and you take the Depo-Provera provera (medroxyprogesterone) and danazol but you had sex in last day
?

A little confused: I am not sure I have the correct info. Neither of those meds would be knowingly used during pregnancy and would not be used together. Usually Danazol is used for endometriosis although it does have a few other uses and depo can be used for same reason. If you got pregnant while on Danazol you need to speak with OB about potential problems. Getting pregnant on depo not so much a concern. ...Read more

Dr. Diagnosed endometriosis. Is this decrease chances of conceive taking danazol i want to get pregnanat as soon as possible what should me n my husba?

Patience: I can totally understand your situation. You would like to conceive as early as possible. But you have started on Danazol and let it treat the endometriosis first. Now is not the right time. I hope you will be a mom soon. Just wait for few more months until your doctor thinks so. Good wishes ! ...Read more

Would i feel any physical difference or feel ill if my immune system started to create antibodies against my fetus? 4 months pregnant and a rhesus neg

Would i feel any physical difference or feel ill if my immune system started to create antibodies against my fetus? 4 months pregnant and a rhesus neg

HIghly unlikely: Being anxious about the fetus is common, but you are really talking about something extremely rare especially when you do not have an autoimmune disease. Remember that maternal anxiety during pregnancy can adversely impact the health of the infant and thus you should just enjoy the experience. If the father is rh positive, you may potentially become rh positive from the pregnancy. ...Read more

Does the fetus double in size after 6 weeks of pregnancy, causing the u/s to be off my two weeks? Anytime after 6 weeks of pregnancy?

Does the fetus double in size after 6 weeks of pregnancy, causing the u/s to be off my two weeks? Anytime after 6 weeks of pregnancy?

Yes and no: Here is a link to a chart of the crown rump length averages: http://www.Babycenter.Com/average-fetal-length-weight-chart as you can see, the crl can double about every 2 weeks. But this doesn't mean the u/s measurement can be off by 2 weeks. The error of the u/s measurement depends on when the u/s is done. Earlier has less error +/-3 days while end of pregnancy error can be very large +/- 2w. ...Read more

What foods could kill the fetus when pregnant?

What foods could kill the fetus when pregnant?

Why ask?: Are you trying to terminate this pregnancy? Abortion is safe and legal, and i would suggest you contact a clinic to all the information about your options. Otherwise, you should avoid sushi, and eating a lot of lake fish as the sushi can contain parasites and fish has mercury. These can cause malformed babies, not necessarily kill it. Please get help if you have more questions. ...Read more
